In the almost 40 years since he graduated first in his class from The University of Florida School of Law, he has worked for large and small law firms, been the managing partner of a seventy-attorney firm, worked as general counsel and then as chief operating officer of a public company and, for the last 17 years, has been the senior partner of Goodkind & Florio, P.A. Brian’s practice areas have included all aspects of real estate, condominiums and construction, commercial and business law, finance and secured transactions, employment law, partnerships and business organizations and the uniform commercial code. For the last 20 years, his practice has been both litigation and transactional in all of the above described areas of law. In addition, his experiences as the managing partner of a mid-size law firm and as chief operating officer of a public company enable him to temper his legal advice with both business practicalities and commercial realities so that he truly is a counselor and not just a lawyer.
