Our Attorneys
Brian is conversationally proficient in Spanish. He lives in Coconut Grove. Together with his late wife, Jo-Ann Forster, they have three children and four grandchildren.
Kenneth regularly represents developers, borrowers, sellers, lenders and family offices in connection with their acquisition, financing, development, construction and sale of retail, office, mixed-use, hotel, condominium, self-storage, warehouse, multifamily and residential projects. He leads the firms commercial leasing practice and represents landlords and tenants in connection with their leasing of retail, office, warehouse, industrial and medical office space.
Kenneth received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review. He graduated from the University of Central Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in English writing.
Kenneth is a member of the Florida Bar, the Southern District of Florida and the Real Property, Probate & Trust Section of the Florida Bar. He has been selected by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2021-2024.
Ms. Wilder earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. She earned a bachelor of science in business and professional management from Nova Southeastern University.
Dylan also has experience handling appeals before Florida's District Courts of Appeal and the appellate divisions of the Circuit Courts. Prior to relocating to Florida, he handled appeals before New York's Appellate Division. His combined trial and appellate experience form a strategic, results-oriented approach to litigation, allowing him to evaluate cases from the outset with the client's long-term business objectives and desired outcomes in mind.
Before joining Goodkind & Florio, Dylan practiced at a Miami-based land use and litigation boutique, the Miami office of a national law firm, and a litigation boutique in New York, gaining experience across a broad range of commercial, land use, and appellate matters.
Dylan earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of Moot Court and served as Symposium Editor of the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
He is admitted to practice in Florida and New York, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
A Miami native, Dylan spends his free time cooking for family and friends and following the Florida Gators.
Natalie received her law degree from New England Law|Boston where she served as editor of the New England Law Review and was a member of the intellectual property moot court team. She attended the University of Michigan where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in Political Science.
